1) Services and Estimates

  glass type, labor requirements, availability, or scope differs from the information provided.
• Scope Changes: If additional work is required, we will communicate the change and any cost impact before proceeding when reasonably possible.
• Parts Availability: Scheduling and completion time may depend on parts availability, supplier lead times, and weather or safety conditions.

2) Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate details (vehicle year/make/model/VIN when applicable, service address, and description of issue).
• Access: You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the vehicle/property and a workable environment for service (e.g., clearance for mobile work).
• Preparation: Please remove personal items in or around the service area where possible. We are not responsible for loss/damage to items left in the vehicle or work area,
  except as required by law.
• Delays/Rescheduling: We may reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, parts delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3) Mobile Service and Worksite Conditions

If you request mobile service, you acknowledge that conditions at the location may affect installation quality or feasibility.
We may decline or pause service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., heavy rain, insufficient space, hazardous environment).

4) Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.
• Accepted Payments: Accepted payment methods may include cash, major cards, electronic payment, or other methods we specify.
• Deposits/Special Orders: Certain orders (OEM glass, specialty/custom glass, large commercial orders) may require a deposit before ordering materials.
  Deposits may be non-refundable if materials are special-order or cannot be returned.
• Non-Payment: Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts as permitted by law.

5) Insurance Claims

• Claim Assistance: If you choose to use insurance, we can assist with paperwork or communications; however, coverage decisions are made by your insurer.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for deductibles, non-covered amounts, and any balance not paid by the insurer.

6) ADAS Calibration (If Applicable)

Some vehicles require Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (“ADAS”) calibration after glass replacement or related work.
Calibration requirements vary by vehicle and situation. If calibration is recommended or required, we will communicate options and pricing when available.
You acknowledge that operating a vehicle with miscalibrated or uncalibrated ADAS may affect safety features.

7) Warranty and Workmanship

• Workmanship: We stand behind our workmanship for covered services. Warranty terms may vary depending on service type and materials.
• Limitations: Warranty may not cover damage caused by accidents, vandalism, misuse, improper maintenance, pre-existing issues, or work performed by third parties.
• Prompt Notice: If you believe there is an issue (leak, wind noise, fitment concern), contact us promptly so we can inspect and remedy as appropriate.

8) Cancellations and No-Shows

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For certain special-order materials or large jobs,
cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or allocated.

9) User Content (Photos, Messages, Reviews)

• Your Content: If you send photos, videos, or messages, you confirm you have the right to share them.
• Use for Service: We may use submitted content to evaluate, quote, schedule, perform, and document services.

10) Website Use and Intellectual Property

• The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by or licensed to Discount Glass Texas and are protected by applicable laws.
